GENERAL

‣I have the right to deny/refuse a commission, please do not take it personally. 

‣I ask only one piece per person at a time

‣Commissions are allowed for personal use, but not commercial use.  Do not resell or make profit on my pieces.  

‣Once you have ordered a piece, it is expected that that is truly what you want ordered. For example, if you order a  halfbody please do not ask later on to add a background  if you didn't specify it in your initial order. you can ask, but I cannot guarantee the change is possible.  

‣If you would like to post your commission anywhere, please credit me!

‣In rare circumstances, I may cancel a commission. This may be due to personal reasons or circumstances that may not be in my control.  In the event I cancel a commission, I will refund 100% back to you.

PAYMENT

‣All payments will be done through Paypal or E-transfer unless stated otherwise.

‣NO REFUNDS.  I will send updates on progress and WIPs, you are invited to let me know if there is anything you'd like changed. But once line art and flats are completed, I cannot guarantee I can apply those changes.  so please inform me in advance of what you'd like in your commission in detail.  The final piece will not be sent until 100%  of piece is paid for.

‣ %50 paid upfront, 50% paid at completion before sending. 

‣If the subject you'd like me to draw is complex (noticeable extra time and effort drawing accessories/clothes and whatnot) an increase of fees may apply

These choices are made at my own discretion, and by commissioning me, you adhere to these terms.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of commission, and/or being banned/restricted/blocked,  or refused service in the future.
